Getting started
How long does it take?
48 hours from when you send us your details, usually. We've built over 1,000 sites so we've got the process down.
What if I already have a domain?
We'll use it. Easy.
What if I already have a website?
We'll rebuild it properly. Your old one keeps running until the new one's ready.
Can I edit it myself?
You could, but you don't need to. Email us what you want changed and we'll do it. That's what the £50/month is for.
Pricing & payment
What does £50/month include?
Hosting, SSL, your domain, up to 2 small edits per month, and a monthly performance email. Everything.
What if I want to cancel?
Give us 30 days. No exit fees, no hoops. We'll hand over your domain.
Do you build online shops?
Not yet. We do simple, clean service websites. If you need e-commerce, we're probably not the right fit and we'd rather be honest about that.
Are you a big agency?
No. We're a small studio that's built over 1,000 websites for small UK businesses. That's rather the point.
Technical
What industries do you work with?
Mostly service businesses. Hairdressers, dog groomers, driving instructors, personal trainers, tradespeople. Anyone who needs a straightforward website that works.
Do you do SEO?
Every site we build is search-optimised as standard. Proper page titles, meta descriptions, fast loading, mobile-friendly. We also set up your Google Business Profile. For ongoing SEO campaigns, that's a different conversation, but the foundations are solid.
Can I see examples?

What happens if something breaks?
We fix it. That's included. You don't need to know what went wrong, just email us and we'll sort it.
How do I pay?
Direct Debit via GoCardless. We charge the £500 on sign-up, the £50 starts 30 days later. No invoices to chase.
